Nor does the app even recognize my user id ### 1/5 — ya’ll can’t be serious *2026-07-26, version 1.4.4* i had an account when i purchased the tickets. get the app and now that account doesn’t exist? even though its the same email?? and now i can’t access the $700 tickets??? what a joke ### 1/5 — Terrible UI *2026-06-09, version 1.4.4* The app would not accept my password even though I know I’d entered it correctly, so I had to have it e-mail me a passcode. My email literally said “click on Access My Tickets” at the bottom of the page. No such words exist in the app or the website. The tickets can’t even be accessed here, it redirects you to the website where you have to log-in (which is a different account than the one you need to set up for the app.) Just get the tickets on hold or mailed to you as this app is a complete hinderance. As a side note the app is apparently designed for phones only, as the UI is iPhone sized even on iPad. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2026-01-29, version 1.4.2* Why make an app to access tickets that just sends you back to the website?
