### 1/5 — Can’t login, can’t reset

*2025-12-17, version 1.4.0*

This app is the worst. Plain and simple. Will not allow for a login and password, will not allow an acceptable password reset. For an organization as professional as the KC Symphony, the app is garbage. I can visit a foreign country easier than I can access tickets to a concert.

### 1/5 — Why?

*2025-11-20, version 1.3.0*

Echoing all the other reviews. Why do I have to create a separate app login? Why did I have to look up (negative) reviews of the app to even figure that out? Why is the “not a robot” verification something anyone with any dexterity issues truly couldn’t do? Why can’t I access my tickets on the website? I could keep going. Suffice to say, this app is a genuinely terrible user experience. I hope the team improves it since this feels like it’s creating unnecessary barriers to people attending the symphony.

### 1/5 — Not very good

*2025-11-01, version 1.2.2*

You log in to the app with a unique account to “view tickets” but the app just redirects you back to their website where you have to log in with your real symphony account. Just get your tickets at will call

### 1/5 — Total failure

*2025-10-21, version 1.2.2*

Why am I able to sign in with my email and password on my computer but the same information repeatedly fails on this app? If you want to send tickets this way, you had better fix this mess. Right now it's nonfunctional.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2025-10-19*

Why am I able to sign in with my email and password on my computer but the same information repeatedly fails on this app? If you want to send tickets this way, you had better improve this process. Right now it's awful.

### 1/5 — Login?? What?

*2025-10-01, version 1.2.2*

Won’t let me login, say the same long and password on their site doesn’t match. There is also three other login options that are not on their site. What is going on and now I can’t get my tickets.

Edit—
Had to create an account t specific for the app. Then to view the tickets the app opened my browser and I had to login with the site credentials. So the tickets themselves are not in the app

What is the point of the app or even logging into the app. The whole thing is cumbersome and pointless.

### 1/5 — Very Frustrating

*2025-06-18, version 1.1.1*

After jumping through hoops (via laptop) to get my account re-registered, then spending a lot of money online for tickets, then being told the tickets will be available through this app, it’s extremely frustrating that the app won’t recognize my username and password! so now I have to call them - just like the old days.

### 1/5 — Worst app

*2025-02-07, version 1.1.1*

It has to be one of the worst app I’ve used. Can’t log in, can’t find my ticket after logging in.

### 1/5 — Difficult to find purchased tickets.

*2025-01-18, version 1.1.0*

Difficult to find purchased tickets.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Passwords don’t work

*2026-08-07, version 1.4.4*

I create a password on the web and the password doesn’t work. Nor does the app even recognize my user id

### 1/5 — ya’ll can’t be serious

*2026-07-26, version 1.4.4*

i had an account when i purchased the tickets. get the app and now that account doesn’t exist? even though its the same email?? and now i can’t access the $700 tickets??? what a joke

### 1/5 — Terrible UI

*2026-06-09, version 1.4.4*

The app would not accept my password even though I know I’d entered it correctly, so I had to have it e-mail me a passcode. Plus why do I need two accounts? Total PITA

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2026-05-31, version 1.4.4*

It doesn’t work. Wastes a lot of time and you don’t gain access to your tickets in the end. My email literally said “click on Access My Tickets” at the bottom of the page. No such words exist in the app or the website. Sad that they don’t pay someone who knows what they’re doing to make this work.

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2026-03-25, version 1.4.4*

App keeps crashing or not functioning…really terrible why can’t they just send a QR code via email?

### 1/5 — Basically Pointless…

*2026-02-22, version 1.4.3*

Like other reviews, there’s no point for this app to exits. The tickets can’t even be accessed here, it redirects you to the website where you have to log-in (which is a different account than the one you need to set up for the app.) Just get the tickets on hold or mailed to you as this app is a complete hinderance. As a side note the app is apparently designed for phones only, as the UI is iPhone sized even on iPad.

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2026-01-29, version 1.4.2*

Why make an app to access tickets that just sends you back to the website? Terrible design, I couldn't even log in with my established password. Just get your tickets in the mail.

### 1/5 — Read reviews

*2026-01-20, version 1.4.1*

Saw neg reviews, downloaded anyway.
Mistake. integration with your account is a mess. Just have tickets snail mailed or emailed.

### 1/5 — A horrible, pointless app

*2026-01-04, version 1.4.0*

This is by far the worst event ticket app I have used.

### 1/5 — Odd

*2025-12-19, version 1.4.0*

There is no reason to even have this app if I am getting redirected to a website browser. This deserves all the bad reviews.

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easy to find purchased tickets

*2025-01-21, version 1.1.1*

Easy to find purchased tickets not even difficult
