However the filtering tab when you search whatever you want, doesn’t work whatsoever. ### 1/5 — Struggle bus *2025-06-10* I still can’t use the app to search for books or place a hold. ### 2/5 — Inconsistent Results *2025-04-13* The app works fine some days, and others I struggle to renew (cannot select multiple items at once) or the search isn’t working. I’ve noticed the catalog search function hasn’t worked for me for a couple of weeks now. Maybe time to make a few updates so the app actually works? ### 5/5 — It doesn’t work half the time *2024-10-11* I’ve consistently had issues with this app since I downloaded it. It deletes your check out list, doesn’t send overdue notices AT ALL, it’s a 50/50 shot if you’ll be able to renew the book. I’ve had to delete and re-download this app to get it to work for a while and now I can’t even re-register my library card it keeps saying “invalid credentials”. This app is a hassle at best. It worked well for the first few months and now I have more problems using it than it working properly. Please fix it ### 1/5 — Does not work *2024-07-14* I’m trying to use this app on iPhone 15 using the latest update and it just doesn’t work. This app does not work at all. ### 3/5 — So glitchy *2024-01-04* I wish I could go back to the old app. It was clunkier looking but worked so much better. This app doesn’t load info properly most of the time. I get an error message every time I try to renew on the app—but then it renews anyway. If I switch between users on my app then it won’t load the list of items checked out and shows 0. Please please-for those of us who use the library often—invest in fixing this app or find a different app development company because this app is pretty but dysfunctional. I gave it 3 starts for the random times it works.
