### 1/5 — App won’t load!

*2026-07-21*

App worked well when I first got it but now it doesn’t ever load. Very annoying!

### 1/5 — App won’t load!

*2026-07-20*

I really don’t like this new app, it worked the first couple of weeks when I downloaded it and now it never loads. This is very frustrating because now I can’t renew books without physically driving across town to visit the library.

Please fix the app or go back to the old one :(

### 1/5 — Isn’t working

*2026-07-19*

Can’t get app past the loading screen. Have deleted it and redownloaded with no success:(

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-07-17*

The old app worked fine but you shut it down and released the new app without testing it apparently. I stopped by my library to see what I could do and they said that it doesn’t work for anybody and that I would have to use a computer instead.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2026-07-13*

The app worked for like a week and now it won’t load at all.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-07-11*

This app is terrible, I can’t ever open it. If it allows me to nothing functions properly
