## What is KanTime Mobile?

KanTime Mobile app allows clinicians to keep track of their Patients and Schedules. App is specially designed for caregivers to do Check-in, Check-out for a schedule, right under your fingertips over compact mobile devices. It does not matter whether you are connected with internet or not..., you can do all in offline mode and at later point you can sync all your data back to KanTime Live when internet connection is available.

This app is frustrating and has many bugs it does not seem to work

It’s good when it works, but it randomly just crashes out with a blue screen and tells you that the date and time are incorrect, and it needs to be reset, which there is no way to reset it! Even when I turn off my phone to reset it it does not work! The support for the app is nonexistent and it seems like there is no one to update this app as I’ve done had it for six years now.

I like the mobile app because it is easier to see.  I also like the way looks color wise

Issues no rescheduling in app... 

KanTime  glitches times up and scrolls randomly. 

The Other issue is logging you out to much. 

I hate it for EVV as my bosses are so distracted now and it’s hard to complete a supervisor visit.  

I also hate the way it takes upper long to sync.

Modules and task are missing under patient’s name. There’s nowhere to put the notes in. This app does not allow me to correctly record my daily task that I do for patients.

I really like it vs the other ones I’ve had in the past ! very easy to use and I like that it’s an electronic signature, I’m a caregiver for my  8 year old daughter. Thanks x

I updated the app and now I have the version 9.3. After the latest update I lost the ability to access calendar view when on schedule. Every time I click on calendar, the app crashes. This was a very important setting to see multiple weeks at a time. Please fix the issue and bring back the calendar view.

Okay, normally the app works great. But whatever happened with this update is making it ✨struggle✨
I can’t hit my calendar icon in the app without it completely crashing. It’s a convenience I didn’t realize I utilized so often until today. Please fix it 🥲 I know we can go through each individual visit in the scrolling page option, but that’s so cumbersome and tedious, especially if you have multiple visits. This mom needs her calendar option back so I can finish charting faster and get back to playing with my kids, please help us out here lol.
