I’ve tried closing the app, logging in again, and restarting my phone. Nothing helps. Please fix the app. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-07-17, version 9.2* Not user friendly. Very limited to what it can do. Frustrated that this is my new employers choice ### 1/5 — I can’t believe it’s still in use *2024-07-15* It’s one of the worst apps I’ve ever been forced to use. It’s truly awful. Won’t log, crashes and you can’t adjust your time when it does that happens. It’ll look like you’ve logged in or out then, when you go back in to log into your next session, you notice you weren’t actually logged in or out the first time! So many issues (smh). I’ve submitted schedules for the last week at least six times, refresh it and it’s still not submitted again. I always wait till last minute to avoid having to put in my time. I’ve asked to have this conversation brought up to our technology team ; we need the option to enter time using punching in time vs scrolling through to find hour and minutes !!!! I can’t clock into work now! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Crashes *2025-11-02, version 9.6.0* It’s good when it works, but it randomly just crashes out with a blue screen and tells you that the date and time are incorrect, and it needs to be reset, which there is no way to reset it! Even when I turn off my phone to reset it it does not work! The support for the app is nonexistent and it seems like there is no one to update this app as I’ve done had it for six years now. ### 1/5 — Modules/tasks missing *2025-03-27, version 9.4* Modules and task are missing under patient’s name. There’s nowhere to put the notes in. After the latest update I lost the ability to access calendar view when on schedule. Every time I click on calendar, the app crashes. This was a very important setting to see multiple weeks at a time. It’s a convenience I didn’t realize I utilized so often until today. Please fix it 🥲 I know we can go through each individual visit in the scrolling page option, but that’s so cumbersome and tedious, especially if you have multiple visits. You can’t click the calendar to see your schedule in the future. ### 1/5 — Update broke it *2024-12-19* The newest update on December 19 broke the app. You cannot make phone calls by pushing the telephone symbol and you cannot get directions by pushing the directions symbol which makes it completely ineffective. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-10-24* This app is frustrating. I love the company I work for but I just put in my notice and went to another company because I refuse to struggle with this app any longer. Constant glitches and little help or resolution when my supervisor reaches out to Kantime support. Most days the app won’t load, I have to sync multiple times, I get blue screens, often see the wrong date/time, sometimes I can’t logout and complete my charting. I love this app. ### 3/5 — Crashing *2024-12-26, version 9.3* Updated to the new version and now it’s crashing when I go to my calendar. Could you also add a time tracker for the weekly hours? Always have to ask company how many hours I have. Also, a way to delete chats/texts within the app, and open directly to the calendar or schedule vs the chat messages. They are old messages and we don’t use them. Thank you! ### 3/5 — Calendar not working *2024-12-25, version 9.3* After the update, when I click on the calendar on the top right, it completely closes the app and I have to sign back in . I can’t access the calendar at all. I tried closing the app, logging in again, and clicking on the calendar. It still doesn’t work. Can you please fix this problem. ### 3/5 — Convenient? Yes! But there are definitely still some improvements to be made *2020-10-10, version 7.8* As the CNA to my 6 year old daughter, and the mother to her twin sister, and my 3 yr old son, convenience and streamlining is essential. I love that I can chart on the go as we go about our daily lives. It functions well enough for that. The downfall is if we get stuck out for appointments or whatnot and end up commuting during the care time. There’s no way to edit the schedule on the app. And lastly I wish it something didn’t submit properly and ended up not going through that they would put it maybe with an exclamation mark on the “today” schedule page. Right now it’s either all schedules or today’s but there is no alert to a schedule that didn’t go through or glitched. ### 3/5 — Crashing! *2020-07-01, version 7.7* Ever since the 7.7 update, the app crashes every time I try to open it. I also like the way looks color wise Issues no rescheduling in app... KanTime glitches times up and scrolls randomly. The Other issue is logging you out to much. I hate it for EVV as my bosses are so distracted now and it’s hard to complete a supervisor visit.
