Possible Intellectual Property Infringement Related to the App “KapiGo”
Dear Apple App Store Review / Legal Team,
I am part of the original team that developed a startup project at Universidad de La Sabana (Colombia), and I am reaching out to request a formal review regarding the app “KapiGo”, currently available on the App Store.
Our concern is that KapiGo presents notable similarities with our original project — particularly in its core concept, functionality, user experience, and design structure. Our project was documented, presented, and developed prior to the public release of KapiGo.
I can provide supporting evidence, including:
• Dated documentation and prototypes
• Original design files and development records
• Academic presentation materials
• Witness and timeline verification
My only request is that Apple conducts an internal review to confirm that KapiGo complies with the App Store’s originality and intellectual property standards.
Thank you for your attention and support.

As a co-founder of the original application, which was initially developed as a university project at Universidad de La Sabana, I would like to state that this app is using an idea and intellectual property that belong to us. We have academic documentation, development records, and witnesses who can confirm our original authorship.
We respectfully but firmly request the immediate removal of this application, as it infringes upon our intellectual property rights and misappropriates a project originally created with academic and innovative purposes by university students.
