If required i will opt for suitable legal action. ### 5/5 — Inferior Product Qualiity *2026-04-03* My 1st and 2nd order of Kapiva Dia free were good (in-fact it had no impact on My blood sugar whatsoever) the next order was like diluted. Literally 2 bottles maxed out of 1 by adding equal amount of water. Note - All my orders were from the app. No customer care mechanism. No one to hear from you. Just some pack of tele callers who don’t have knowledge of Ayurveda to followup for next purchase. My recommendation don’t buy. Morning I get a message “Item out for delivery”. Evening I get a message Delivery attempted but failed. There is always someone at home. It’s been more than 10 days and my order is still not delivered. No call, no delivery attempt, no update — nothing. This is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for customers. Your delivery system is clearly broken. Just check your reviews — most of them are negative about dispatch and delivery. If you don’t fix this and choose better delivery partners, you are going to lose customers because of your pathetic logistics. I can’t even comment on the product quality because you failed to deliver it. I have lodged a complaint, and it has been 4 days since then, but I have not received a timely response from Kapiva. It seems like there is a lack of attention towards customer service and delivery. I hope that my concerns will be taken seriously and that I will receive an update shortly. ### 5/5 — Kapiva really works *2025-12-04* Narayana Health came for a free medical check up to our VMAKS RIO community and surprisingly after using Kapiva Dia for 2 months; the report showed no indication of Diabetes. I previously spent a lot of money, effort and energy in TWINS Health to see result after struggle and also diabetes bounced after I couldn’t continue with impractical Keto siet and the coach’s taut! Thank God I found Kapiva and I will continue to use for good health and now bought another product to reduce bad cholesterol and Hope in trust and love for all the unwanted to vanish! The secrect is our body absorbs anything in liquid form more effectively and all good natural ingredients put together makes the healing. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ for Kapiva!! ### 1/5 — Very Bad Experience *2025-10-09* My order delivery canceled by delivery partner by stating wrong reason when I denied to take the delivery from the location which was 25 Km away from my mentioned location I raised the complaint for the same but there is no positive response From the chat support also customer care agent sending same message again and again like s/he answering pre set answers. I asked to re attempt the delivery but the same is not being done and no information is given from the Kapiva team nor from the delivery partner When i asked to refund they asked me to wait for 5-7 days to reflect the amount. ### 1/5 — Worst delivery service *2025-09-27* Ordered whey protein a week ago. Initially the delivery was schedule after 3-4 days, got the message of shipment and then without any delivery attempt the status got updated to OTP not provided and delivery failed. Since then it is just fake promises of we are looking into it and deliver it asap. No update in the app can be seen. Won’t comment on the protein as I am yet to try that. But I must say I regret ordering this.
