QBANK doesn’t even work or show anything to tap on and registration process takes a while. As for someone trying to succeed on the NCLEX, I’d recommend other apps or resources like NCLEX bootcamp as they provide immediate feedback and rationales. ### 1/5 — The app sucks *2026-01-05* I purchased a package just now and it says it’s expired (2/5/26), it’s 1/5/26.🙄 ### 1/5 — Said it expired on 3/20/2026 *2025-12-18* I just purchased the Kaplan NCLEX Review and wanted to download the app for when I’m away from my laptop. When I logged in, it said “Expired on 03/20/2026”. (Today is 12/17/2025). I’m still able to access the review on my laptop but I was really hoping to have the app as an option like Archer or UWorld does. Not sure what’s going on but I hope it gets fixed soon <3 ### 1/5 — NOT USER FRIENDLY *2025-11-30* It took me 3 months to activate my account which is completely unacceptable when NCLEX prep is time sensitive. Impossible to easily navigate and access study recourse, lack of flexibility to access study recourses, lack of support, rationales for answers choices and content are vague and unclear, poor customer service, genuinely feels like they don’t care if you pass or fail, they just want your money, after both virtual and in person review sessions I have felt less confident of my ability to perform well on the NCLEX. Now that im practicing I will NEVER recommend this service to any other student trying to succeed on the NCLEX ### 1/5 — Can’t Login anymore *2025-11-12* Since my app updated I can’t even login. It was better before. ### 1/5 — Update *2025-11-10* App is not updating Did so many time and nothing works ### 1/5 — App unable to log me back in. *2025-11-06* I am unable to login after updating the app. ### 1/5 — Not able to log in *2025-10-15* App logged me out and will not allow me to log back in. I am able to log into the website with no issue yet on this app it keeps stating “incorrect password/email.” **Developer response:** Hi! It keeps saying app needs to be updated. I updated it and it still keep saying that and won’t let me do any qbank questions anymore. I have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app everyday.
