No need to download . It’s not really an app if it opens to the internet page.

It won’t load anything beyond a screen that’s blank other than the Kaplan logo and Resources. Can’t click on anything

Trying to sign someone up for NJ course and it won’t work. 
Also, PA is a UBE state and it is not listed as such
