TM昨天下午才用它看课表，半夜我想再确认一下时间，结果这个脑残应用就把我的账号登出了，我只能forgot password，结果告诉我更改密码超时或者valid不让我改了，现在登不进去了，课表都不让我看是吧沙比学校我奶奶来都比你们的程序员厉害真的是纯纯的fw除了会赚尼玛大陆人的钱还会干什么

Horrendous app... it does not only look horrible but it is also not user friendly. Do something about it Kaplan... you take so much money from the school fees, come on do something about this stupid app. I cannot even upload my MC in the stupid portal... but yet you guys keep sending me email to upload my MC... stupid or what?

Can someone please update the app . It looks horrible on new phones. The iPhone X came out last year and this app still doesn’t have the right resolution . FIX IT please thank you :)

Execution for this app is very very poor. 
1. It makes no sense to request us to enter CT number and you like us to include CT in it. (please simplify to only enter numeric because everyone is on CT!) unlike IC where there’re S or F! *roll eyes*
2. The app should auto log in after the 1st log in. If you’re pitching to us that we don’t have to remember this kaplan ID and only our UNI ID, then please execute as your pith 
3. Log in error. ALWAYS AND ALL THE TIME. 
4. No timetable in this useless app. I still need to refer to email to extract time table. 
5. I find NO USE of this app other than checking classroom. We can get that online with less hassle!

I really hate the prospect of having to check my account no. and logging in upon every single use. What’s more, the password become invalid every now and then and I have to continually reset it though my email. Frankly all these problems have demolished my trust the reliability of this app. I am better off checking the schedule website for class info and email about news in the future....

Make Kaplan 360 app to have a notification function that alerts students 3 hours before their lesson, with an option to enable or disable the alarm.

The layout is decent, and the interface is mostly tolerable.

The notification/message text is gray on black, which is absolutely horrific to read. The only white text in said notifications are highlighted in yellow, so that ends up being equally unreadable.

My biggest peeve, even above poor readability is forced updates. I was perfectly fine dealing with the lack of visible and properly readable text, but the forced update garbage crossed the line. 

I guess, if for whatever reason they push the minimum is revision beyond that of the os version that I’m using, I’ll no longer be able to use this for anything.
I suppose that’s the institution’s problem though.

Hi, I’m facing an issue with the Kaplan360 app. I’m using iPhone with iOS 18.4.1. My account works perfectly fine on my iPad and computer, but it does not work on my iPhone. I have reinstalled the app many times, and I’ve confirmed that network access and permissions are all fine.

This might be either an iOS compatibility issue or something related to device-specific settings. Could you please help check if my device is somehow blocked or unsupported by the current version of the app?

There is always a 1 badge on the app icon even if there is no notification inside. It is confusing to see if it really needs your attention or not.

I have no issues logging in with the Kaplan app. It’s functional and works well for what it does. No problems uploading documents for medical leaves. Would be an improvement if we can see classes for the month instead of that week’s. And allow push notifications for registered classes by default.

Dear Dev,

Kindly include a function where users could mark all notifications as read.

In light of the CB measure, the app got filled with too many notifications to keep up with, and it’s extremely unproductive and tedious to open up each notifications to clear the count counter.
