Payment for £85.00 went through Ok 
Next two payments have not gone through but say in progress shone hours later 
Please advise on the delay

Horrible new app truly awful. Can’t find dates sent just list of recipients. Can’t find today’s rate without logging in and selecting recipients. What used to be easy to use app now very difficult. As the saying goes “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. Will start looking for new service
