I checked their FAQ and there IS a phone number there for customer service... most websites don’t give phone service so idk why everyone was tripping about that. My order went through easy... I know they were delayed with shipping when Covid first hit but everything seems to be smooth now. Super easy to shop on the app. ### 1/5 — Stealing money *2020-07-29* They have stolen my money . Don’t know if this a legitimate site as there is no phone number to contact Customer Service. You need to contact them via email and wait for a response. Here is were my problem began. I ordered a jacket and a belt for my son. Had to wait almost three weeks for shipment. Kappa uses the Arrive App, which states your items shipped through UPS with a tracking number. Yesterday, we received the shipment in a 4x6 box with only the belt . The belt came in a silver canister with red smudged paint from the logo. Now, where’s the jacket? Of course, I had to email and I receive the following automatic response below. Had better luck disputing with my bank and received my credit. I’ll wait for them to contact me to return there unpacked belt/smudged container. Best to purchase at a reputable clothing store. First, the app does not let me filter, but the website does. Also the same sales were available on the website. So since I already had the app, I used it. I used the code and got 30% off. So as I went to checkout, I used apple pay. And I was charged the original price. This happened twice. There’s no reversing the charge, or canceling it immediately. They don’t have a customer service number either. Email only. So now after wasting $200 on Black Friday thinking I was only gonna spend $120, now I am waiting for a refund for 5 business days. They sure can take the $ out of my account super fast, on a holiday. Now I missed out on other Black Friday sales that weren’t lies. Don’t buy kappa from kappa. They are ridiculous. They lie and the don’t honor their word. They hold your money and set you back, for what? You could’ve just bought it from a trusted retailer. Before y’all launch an app, make sure it works. Make sure you’re not lying to customers. They don’t care and will legit charge you $200 for a $40 hoodie.
