This app is a POS, which surprises me because the Pamex Kapture lock I bought is well worth the money. You’d think Pamex could sink more $$ into the App. It constantly tells me my wi-fi signal is lost, which I immediately check to make sure my lock is engaged; it is; signal is OK. I sent an Email to Pamex; no response. I only want an app where I can confidently control the lock from anywhere in my house—since I live alone and am older. Do Better!!

Don’t get these locks they would have you lock out of your house . Takes 20mins just to unlock them .

Just got it today. App shows locked when it’s not locked. Can’t reset it to start over. 
Not impressed.
