Die App von Karaca funktioniert leider sehr schlecht. Sie stürzt häufig ab, lädt sehr langsam und zeigt ständig an, dass die meisten Produkte ausverkauft sind. Ich wollte mehrmals einkaufen, aber die App lässt es nicht zu. Bitte verbessert die Stabilität und den Lagerbestand der App. Es ist wirklich frustrierend für die Nutzer, vor allem im Ausland. Schöne Produkte. Über die Qualität kann ich nichts sagen, da ich noch nichts bestellt habe. Das Problem ist, dass sich die App nie öffnen lässt, nur manchmal mit ganz viel Glück. Und wenn sich die App öffnen lässt, dann öffnen sich die meisten Produkte nicht. Deswegen gebe ich nur zwei Sterne.

Ich habe mir die App vorgestern installiert, wollte heute meine Bestellung aufgeben und den Code für das herunterladen der App benutzen. Aber die App funktioniert nicht mehr, ich öffne die App und es passiert nichts nur ein weises Bild, egal wie oft ich die App deinstalliert und neu installiere bringt nichts. Es ist wirklich sehr sehr ärgerlich. Ich hoffe das die Sachen die ich haben wollte alle noch da sind( auch über die Webseite kann ich nicht einkaufen). Ansonsten bin ich wirklich sehr traurig und werde die App und die Seite nicht mehr benutzen tut mir leid.

Wie im Titel erwähnt, stürzt die App bei Verwendung ständig ab! Total nervig immer wieder die App neu zu öffnen,  alles neu einzutippen und zu suchen. Mit Bestellungen hatte aber bisher keine Probleme und es hat alles problemlos geklappt!

Lieferdaten passen überhaupt nicht ich habe 25 Tage auf meine Bestellung gewartet die am Ende seitens Karaca storniert worden ist. Wieso, weshalb, warum? Ich habe keinerlei Info erhalten. Diesbezüglich und wegen eines defekten Tellers das angekommen ist, habe ich das Kontaktformular ausgefüllt und dreimal!!!! mit dem Kundenservice telefoniert die meinen Fall (defekter Teller und fehlende Lieferung) an die Fachabteilung weitergeleitet haben. Eine Fachabteilung kann das nicht sein wenn der Kunde nicht informiert wird wie ist mit diesen Fällen weitergeht und keinerlei Rückmeldung folgt. In der App steht Lieferung mit DHL jedoch kommen die Pakete vereinzelt mit DPD. Das Kontaktformular funktioniert nicht - habe ich erfahren als es bei meinem ersten Anruf hieß es ist keine email eingegangen. Im Großen und Ganzen: 0 Support, fehlerhafte Angaben, mangelhafte Lieferung, viel zu lange Versandzeit und ein frecher Kundenservice der den Kunden ständig ins Wort fällt!! Vielen Dank, NIE wieder Karaca.
PS: den Gutschein den ich irgendwann bekommen soll, könnt ihr gerne behalten ich möchte nichts mehr mit euch zu tun haben.
