I can’t create a character in the free peoples why not

I can’t create a free peoples character because the system is locking me out from them and I don’t know why

We understand the confusion. Free Peoples characters are temporarily locked when the Elf, Human and Dwarf alliance becomes too large. This is part of our balance system, giving Orcs and Goblins minority advantages and helping keep the war competitive. Once the balance changes, Free Peoples will become available again. Thanks for understanding!

Account may get banned for playing with fiancé

I play this game with my fiancé and the game is saying I have two accounts I don’t even understand how that works but I hope this “bug” gets fixed. I guess you can’t play with love ones idk seems messed up. Great game tho.
