## What is Karak Truck?

Rain is coming, and rain means karak. Get the kettle on.

Karak Truck is a pixel tycoon about the Gulf's daily ritual: strong tea boiled
with milk, cardamom and too much sugar, sold from a truck on the corner.

You get one truck, one dusty corner, and no instructions. Nobody tells you the
right recipe or the right price — you find them the way a real chai walla does,
by watching who comes back tomorrow.

RUN THE SHIFT
Set your blend, pick your price, stock the tins, and open the window at 3pm.
Then watch the evening play out: the queue, the kettle, the rush at sunset, the
last customer under the street lamp at eleven.

READ THE STREET
Old Rashid gives you tomorrow's forecast, and he's right about three days in
four. Rain and a cool breeze are karak gold. A sandstorm empties the pavement.
Scorching heat keeps everyone home. Choose your spot accordingly.

SEVEN SPOTS, SEVEN CROWDS
From the backstreet corner to the workers' gate at shift change, the old souq,
the corniche at sunset, the city beach, the glass towers, and the desert highway
at midnight. Each one has its own rhythm, its own crowd, its own money.

BUILD THE EMPIRE
A bigger brass kettle. Twin stoves. Fairy lights for the evening trade. A canvas
awning for the rain. A chai boy who serves twice as fast. And one day, a second
truck and a cousin to run it.

THE STREET
All seven spots redrawn from scratch — real depth, one honest light, weather you can feel. The truck is a proper truck now: brass urn, sadu trim, a hatch that actually pours. The crowd has faces, arms and a walk.

A NEW OPENING
Bu Rashid hands over the keys and tells you what he thinks you need to know. Which is not the recipe.

YOU CAN WORK THE SHIFT NOW
HOLD TO POUR — lean on it and serve faster, but let go before the urn boils over. Twice a night the street floods and the queue stops being scenery.

SOUND
Music that follows the clock, from an afternoon maqam to a night one. The souq does not sound like the desert highway.
