KaratDocket is a private, local-first repair intake and custody workspace for jewelers, goldsmiths, watch counters, and independent repair studios. Create a photo-backed ticket while the customer is present, document the item and its visible condition, capture authorization, record estimates and payments, then produce a polished receipt for pickup.

The free edition supports up to three active repair records. KaratDocket Pro removes the active-record limit, preserves complete local history, and creates unbranded professional output.

Monthly Pro includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Annual Pro offers the best ongoing value and does not include an introductory trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings.
