Finish every subtask and Karavan can suggest moving the task to your Finished column for you (you can turn that off in Settings). • Attachments, Reworked: We rebuilt attachments from the ground up — thumbnails load faster and more reliably, and Quick Look previews no longer go stale. Cards now show a paperclip badge when a task has something attached, and on Mac you can drag an attachment straight out to Finder to get the original file back. • Smarter Search: Search now covers your whole board from one place — the matching task scrolls into view and highlights itself, so you never lose track of where it went. Set a custom notification time for any task, independent of when it's actually due. • Project Colors: Give each project its own color — it shows up in the sidebar and in search results, so you can tell your boards apart at a glance. • Pin & Reorder Projects: Pin your most-used projects to the top of the sidebar, and drag the rest into whatever order works for you. • Toolbar Shortcut Tooltips: Hover any board toolbar button to see its keyboard shortcut, so you can pick shortcuts up as you go. • Switching projects from the breadcrumb now jumps straight to that project's favorite board, without a flash of the wrong one first. • Tasks due in exactly your due-soon window no longer flip in and out of "Due Soon" at a fixed time each morning — Karavan now compares by calendar day, so the status holds steady all day. • Undoing a task deletion (or reverting it from the Change Log) now brings its attachments back too, not just the task. • Fixed a doubled placeholder in the Description field of iOS's Project form. • A write-only board shared with an AI agent could leak its existing tasks back through the agent's own responses.
