## What is Karbywarby Todo?

Most task apps end up costing more time than they save. You maintain lists, sort categories, push due dates around. Doing everything except the task itself.

Plenty of people have given up on todo apps for exactly that reason. This one is for them.

Karbywarby Todo shows what matters next instead of the whole list. Reduced, but not bare. The measure is the feeling of getting something fully off your plate with little effort.

THE APP DOES THE UPKEEP

The work other apps hand to you, Karbywarby Todo does itself:
• Overdue tasks get rescheduled, not flagged. No growing pile of red staring at you every morning.
• Date suggestions work from your real week. From what you actually finished over the last 30 days, not from what you meant to.
• A suggestion for what to tackle next, without you having to sort anything.

An AI does that work in the background. The AI features are free to use, with a daily cap. What it suggests stays a suggestion. You decide.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2 — 2026-10-24

New on iPhone: the morning reminder, if you want it, in your profile. On your Home Screen the app is now simply called “Todo”. Upcoming tasks are now sorted by date. Clearer messages when signing in and changing your password, and "Send feedback" in the settings reaches us directly.

### 1.1 — 2026-10-18

Easier to get started: a new start screen, signed in right after you register, and your password entered twice to avoid typos. You now change a task's date in the same sheet you use to add one.

### 1.0 — 2026-10-13
