Check your specific origin–destination pair and see whether it's rated, covered by region, or not covered at all — with covered alternatives listed, and a clear note when a lane is rated but your load type isn't.

Shipping method recommendations
Get ranked shipping options with the reason behind each one, plus the chargeable weight, volume and container-fill figures behind the top suggestion.

Ask instead of answering
When the assistant asks you to pick from a list, you can now ask your own question first. The original question stays open, so you can answer it once you have what you need.
