Order cancellation now works properly. Cancel within the first few minutes of placing an order and you're refunded automatically. After that, request cancellation and the shop reviews it — you'll see the status and your refund on your order. Driver availability checks now use live location data, so "no drivers nearby" reflects reality instead of stale positions. Bookings record pickup locations for faster dispatch. Map and address search now show clear error messages instead of failing silently ### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-10 Customer App — What's New in 1.3.0 Order cancellation actually works now. Previously the Cancel button did nothing — it wrote a status the server no longer accepted, so tapping it silently failed. Now: Cancel within 2½ minutes of placing a pending order and it cancels immediately, with your money refunded automatically if you've already paid. After that window, tap "Request Cancellation" and the shop reviews it — because once a shop has started preparing your order, cancelling isn't automatic. Orders awaiting a decision show as "Waiting for the shop to approve" rather than appearing broken. You can see your refunds. Order cards now show refund status directly — "Refund of Le 96 on the way", "returned to your wallet", or a clear notice if a refund failed so you know to get in touch. Previously refunds happened invisibly, or were promised and never arrived. Your driver's details actually appear. The tracking screen's driver card has shown a placeholder since it was built — a bug in how it looked up driver information. It now shows your driver's real name, phone number, and vehicle details (make, model, colour, plate) so you can identify them at the curb and call if needed. Better browsing.
