This app feels like it’s managed by kids. I booked a ride, and the driver, who was also delivering for DoorDash, was just 2 minutes away, but made me wait over 25 minutes while he completed a food delivery first. I reported the issue, but got no help until I mentioned legal action. Only then did they refund me.

Weeks later, I tried to use the app again, only to find out I’d been blocked lol. This level of emotional and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for a company handling transportation.

The immigrant driver (mine was Arshdeep in Charlottetown) charged me an unauthorized tip of $5 over a month after the ride. What a scam artist and the company allows him to do this. Crazy.

My car arrived 300m away from my location pickup, and dropped me off about 300m away from my destination. The geolocation and address system just doesn’t work. That’s unfortunate for a unique monopoly in PEI. Uber may have its monopolistic issues, but at least it works.
