The ability to manage and track all activity within a single app adds significant convenience and organization. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not within the 7 day policy *2026-06-24* This app is not to be trusted, I am sure their reviews are paid for. I worked as a brand ambassador on two separate occasions, and two different companies through the app, I dealt with two different agents from the Karma App and was not paid within the 7 days like their policy says, even after having my shifts approved on the app just two days ago and I have screenshot all communication and karma app money owed. I was still waiting for a payment until this morning (it is delivered) and was for June 12, 2026. Do Not Work from this App. I let the agents know that I had a family emergency and could not get to my shift. I was then asked to bail on the rest of the shifts from karma casting app by one of the agents, and a different agent has ignored me. Talk about unprofessional. ### 1/5 — All the 4 Star reviews are Fake *2026-05-28* Just pay attention, to the reviews, they’re all the same basically. Just rewritten. I’ve had this app for almost a year, I’ve actually had experience as a brand ambassador in 2018, yet I’ve got selected for 0 gigs. Would give 0 stars as according to some reviews, this is all politics. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time—gigs given to favourites or hookup before even posted on the app. *2026-03-24, version 2025.12.1* Unless you know someone higher up you don’t have a chance —Gigs based on favouritism, romantic interests, who hangs with who after hours. Unprofessional behaviour and majority of the casting crew selected seem to be either under the influence or coming off a bender and the leads are unorganized and very poorly managed. Clients notice this sort of stuff!! You can tell who’s been hooking up with who just by watching the interactions and following selected for gigs and who’s picked. Don’t waste your time with this agency if you’re looking for a gig or a client. Speaking from experience as a client. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work anymore *2026-01-19, version 2025.12.1* I get emails and then go to the app to apply and can’t get in – even after changing my password. Nothing. I have experience and applied to a lot of jobs before I was locked out of the app and didn’t get any responses. Useless and disappointing. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2025-10-21* It is impossible to find work on this app-I do brand ambassador work through a few different companies and have never had any trouble finding a gig the way I have had with karma casting. They give you no updates on the application processes and when you’re denied, they do not give reason as to why. I personally wouldn’t recommend this app if you’re trying to find gigs to do every now and then or even consistently. ### 1/5 — Never got a shift and customer support never called me back. *2025-07-24* I have been with app for more than two years. It’s not legit. It’s a waste of time. No contact info to contact the manager do the event nor the customer service. You hit to some external power to contact this person that made the job post and then never get the job lol. Arshole! ### 1/5 — Worst service *2024-10-08* I was selected for a position and it showed clearly in the app. Being accepted i got rejection after 2 weeks after getting selected. The task I was assigned at the Coke net was fun and enjoyable. It was a relaxed atmosphere with lots of interaction. Being a local referee and board member of KSYSA it was great to see how it brought our local communities together. There were only smiling faces and every one of every aged tried every interactive game that was there. I throughly enjoyed myself and wish I could go to Cranbrook but my Association Tournament is that weekend. Safe travels to everyone involved with this event. It was amazing.
