Just tried again and still nada. Now when I log in using my phone number, it logs in but asks for my name and email. After entering these it gives me an ‘unexpected error’ message. Tried to get this sorted via The web page, but it’s not letting me in. Have removed and reloaded app, but seems there’s no way to get support to sort this out. Shame, it’s a good app when it works. ### 2/5 — Almost No Options *2022-02-10, version 3.7.1* I really liked the sound of this app, but despite living in a very populated area of London, with dozens of nearby restaurants, there is only one coming up, which hasn’t had any offers. It used to be 50%, guess they are too popular :( ### 1/5 — Good idea abused by shops *2020-12-17, version 2.27* A lot of places list the items at far more expensive price they usually sell in their shop and add discount to make us think we are buying food at great discounted price. But when you go to the shop, you can clearly see the same item sold at the same price as ‘discounted price’. I have left reviews for those shops but on the app, there is no place to see the reviews. Sad to see the good idea has been abused by some shops to advertise their business only for their profit rather than reducing waste. Sad to see karma app hasn’t done anything about it. ### 2/5 — Could be amazing *2020-09-23, version 2.23* I love the idea and was excited to use! Discouraged everyone not to order off the likes of Deliveroo etc, however despite paying £5 for delivery the food never came. I called the restaurant and they said the food was ready, but no driver came. Unfortunately, as I lived 35min walk from the restaurant I could not go myself to pick them up. I really want this to become well established as I support the movement; but would have been nice to actually revive the food I ordered. ### 3/5 — Too many UI changes *2020-03-24* While the app itself does a good job of what it says it will, I am really annoyed with so many UI changes, especially in last couple of releases. There literally no shops or restaurants ect ect in my area ? plus it’s all in a foreign language considering I downloaded it in the UK and it says you can use it in the UK ? I thought this would be like the app too good to go which is an amazing app! But karma No not at all its really complicated to use & then there nothing in your area as soon as started to to look at the app I press the ambassador and my phone alerted me and said that it was a scam page looking to take all my details ? I was hoping it would be like to good to go app but with maybe different food places to TGTG app as soon as logged on literally nothing I read loads of reviews on here & on google media site witch I wish I’d read before it’s not very good witch is a shame because I was hoping it was good ! De plus, Aujourd’hui en commandant je me suis trompée de localisation et j’ai commandé dans un restaurant loin de chez moi, dans lequel il me sera impossible d’aller chercher elle panier. Je cherche intuitivement le bouton annulé comme chez la concurrence mais celui ci ne semble pas exister ... donc que pouvez vous faire pour moi ?
