They assured me there was no active subscription, yet they charged me 29.99 in January. I reached out again. They apologized and assured me they would process a refund, but nothing happened. Today they charged my account again. I’m opening a case with my bank and will accuse these people of theft—that’s what they are. But it’s made me repeat the first session 3 times it won’t let me progress because I haven’t completed the first session yet. It’s been completed 100% and days have gone by. They hide subscription terms in fine print, trigger charges without clear consent, and make the cancellation process intentionally difficult. Customer support simply blames the user. When you going receiving email, no clear information about the account, payments or cancellation's details, doesn’t say re their APP, and no way to message through their email, app or on FB! Had to do own research and noted a lot of reviews re monies taken without consent!!
