Constant issues and now won’t let me login. I have to constantly close the app most of the time in order for it to load the screen and use the features. And when I unlock a vehicle, it freezes on the vehicle I choose so I can’t go back to the main screen so I then have to close the app and start over again. Literally have the newest iphone and this app has so many bugs it’s ridiculous. They’re making all this money from the alarm but can’t fix their app it’s a joke ### 1/5 — Slow, bugs, inconsistent. *2020-02-06* This app constantly needs to be closed out and restarted from all dealer staff. I’ve tried with WiFi, without WiFi, and have had so many errors it’s insane. I’m constantly refreshing and signing out even then I’ll have to remove my email and restart to sign in. Takes minutes to load data and then will show no inventory selection. Trying to do all this in front of a customer is embarrassing and then we’re supposed to try to pass this horribly running app over to our customers who have the same bad experience. The worst part of my day is opening this app which I have to do everyday and pray it works. KARR seriously needs to invest into a better running system or just get rid of this system completely and go back to the old system.
