And also at least every other week the menu changes. Looks out kids are fed the same food all the way. It’s just a suggestion. We can have small pizzas borewos rolls especially on Friday. Ice cream option steak pies or even donuts and muffins of brownies. Also try fruit salad especially in summer. When I called Maggi, she responded with such speed and professionalism, calming me down while resolving the issue. She contacted the school to delete the incorrect payment and load the correct one. Once the issue was resolved, she promptly called me back to provide feedback. When I mentioned that I hadn’t yet received the payment notification for the correct child, she immediately loaded it. They replied my email only once asking me to provide some information after I responded they never replied me back with a solution despite the numerous follow up emails I have sent! Something about a break in communication with another bank, so the payment wasn’t going through. The greatest part is support as well you don’t have to wait for the school to resolve any missing information. Can’t see my calendar, can’t see my recent transactions, can’t even sign out! Come on guys. This is not a new issue. If you’re going to punt your product I’d suggest ironing out the glitches! ### 2/5 — App Review *2025-03-24, version 6.4.1* While the app provides a convenient way to manage school-related communication and school fees, I find the timing of some messages to be highly inappropriate. Receiving notifications as early as 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning is intrusive and unprofessional. Communication—especially regarding administrative matters such as school fees—should be limited to standard business hours during the week. Even if there are account-related communication, there is a time and place for such correspondence, and weekends should be respected as personal and family time. I kindly urge the school or app administrators to revise their communication schedule to ensure more considerate and professional timing. ### 2/5 — This app needs a cart *2023-02-02* There is no 'add to cart' option so I have to do separate transactions for each child instead of one single payment. Very frustrating ### 2/5 — Great initiative...some issues (beware) *2020-01-22, version 3.0.3* Cashless schools...woohoo! But the system is not flawless. I’ve had 2 payments that went missing - their team looked into it and had some explanation - probably put the payment through after the cutoff (the app doesn’t limit or stop you though). So I had a kid at school without the food ordered (&paid) for him, and I ended up poorer for it. So use it by all means, but follow up (don’t just rely on this system). Personally : I gave up using it after that bad experience. ### 3/5 — More choices please. *2020-11-26* Please provide more options like being able to buy single items e.g. chips or choc or juice. Or providing combo packs with the choice of either popcorn or chips. And the chips are spicy or not kid friendly options like spicy salsa and sour cream and onion. For example I wanted to order something to go with my daughter packed sandwich and had to select the popcorn, juice, choc combo as there wasn’t an option like that with chips.
