## What is Karrix Pilot?

Karrix Pilot is the driver app for delivery companies that run their fleet on Karrix. It puts your whole delivery day on one screen: where to go next, what to collect and how to prove every delivery.

Your account is created by your delivery company. Ask your dispatcher for your sign-in details.

TODAY'S ROUTE
• See today's stops on a map, in the order your dispatcher planned them
• The next stop up front: customer name, address, arrival time, distance and any cash to collect
• Follow the actual driving route through your stops, with the planned distance and finish time
• Progress at a glance: how many stops are done and how many are left

NAVIGATE IN ONE TAP
• Open Google Maps or Waze with directions to the next stop
• Full Kuwaiti addresses: area, block, street, building, floor, flat, PACI number and landmark
• Read the customer's note, such as a gate code, before you arrive

PROOF OF DELIVERY
• Take a photo of every handover
• Record cash on delivery: cash, KNET, partial payment or refused
• Add a note for the store, or an optional signature
• Can't deliver? Report it with a reason in a few taps

PICKUPS AND RETURNS
• Confirm pickups by scanning the shipment barcode, or type the code if the label won't scan
• Collect customer returns as part of the same route

NEW ROUTES AND YOUR SHIFT
• Start and end your shift from the app
• Accept or decline new route offers before the countdown ends

CASH, HISTORY AND EARNINGS
• See exactly how much cash you are holding and from which deliveries
• Hand the cash over at the hub and record the amount
• Look back over your finished deliveries and earnings

BUILT FOR THE ROAD
• Works with a weak signal: your updates are saved and sent as soon as you are back online
• SOS button to alert dispatch if you are in danger
• Fully available in English and Arabic

YOUR PRIVACY
Your location is shared with your company only while you are on a delivery and the app is open. The app never tracks you in the background, and it contains no advertising.
