Sent 650 USDC by mistake to Karsa’s Base wallet on March 9 and immediately shared full proof with support. They promised resolution within 1–3 business days, but after 7 days it was still “under review,” and now it’s been over 20 days with no update or response.

Very poor support and lack of accountability when handling user funds. This experience has seriously damaged my trust. Use with caution.

The app is very nice, and there are no hidden fees, the virtual card is truly free and works online for payments and trials. Bank support should be added for more countries, the only way to deposit money is by crypto at the moment. Verification is simple and INSTANT.
