I was impressed when this game first came out but it’s gone downhill over time. A lot of bugs that don’t get fixed and when you fill out a form, you just get an AI-generated email telling you to restart the game. What a shame.

Same as other nexon games, really fun but there is 0 management. They do not care about what you think. Only thing they care about is if the money related event has a bug.

The game is really fun, and I don't get bored even if I play it every day, but I think it would be good if they just patched one thing. Returning players get a free pet called White-Eyed Sairu for 15 days every time they play a game, but why don't new players get it? This is unfair because it's not balanced. I would appreciate it if you could just patch this.

안녕하세요. 성실히 게임하고 있는 유저입니다. 일단 전 현질을 한번도 해본적이 없습니다. 다른 게임도 마찬가지고요. 다른게임은 무과금으로 할만 했습니다. 하지만 카러플은 너무 무과금과 현질하는 사람의 차이가 너무 명확합니다. 현질러들이 실수하면서 달려도 무과금들이 잘 달린것보다 빠릅니다. 무과금에사 가장빠른 카트인 크림버니하고 대장차랑 9km 가 차이가 납니다. 그럼 대장차를 건전지 모아서 뽑으면 되지 않냐구요? 건전지를 많이 줘야 뽑든가 말든가를 하죠. 쬐금쬐금 건전지 200개줘봐야 그거 가지고 뭐합니까? 그럼 무과금차를 조금은 비슷하게 만들었냐? 그건또 아닙니다. 옛날에 나오던 무과금 차량 얻는 이벤트도 없어져서 더이산 카트를 얻을 스도 없을걱같네요. 무과금도 게임 쾌적하게 하고 싶고 힌번쯤은 1등이 하고 싶습니다.

경쟁전을 하는데 제가 다이아인데 갑자기 챌린저가 나오는 등 맞지 않는 경우가 여럿 있고 무과금 유저들이 현질러들보다 느린 카트를 사용하는 것은 어쩔 수 없지만 매칭을 좀 맞게 잡아주시면 좋겠습니다. 재미로 게임을 하는거지만 계속 현질러들만 만나면서 티어만 계속 깎이니 재미가 없어지네요. 우리팀은 다 무과금이고 상대는 다 현질러인 경우가 최대한 적었으면 좋겠습니다.

지네가 중복결제해놓고 쓰지도 않고 결제 취소할라니까 애플은이의제기 하라고 해서 했는데 안된다고 하고 고객센터 전화하니까 방법이 없네요 유감이에요 이런식으로 해서 카러플에 물어보니까 환불가능한 건이라 하는데 애플에 신청해야된다하는데 애플은 안된다하고 그래서 물어보니까 소비자원?같은데 내가 이의 제기 신청하란다 그냥 애플은 확인안하고 ai돌리는것 같고 소비자가 뭐때문에 안되는지도 모르단다 카러플은 자기네 해줄꺼 없으니까 소비자원 같은데 신청하라고 하네 진짜 지네 에러나고 결제오류떠도 소비자가 뺑이처야 되는 구조니까 버리는 돈만 결제해라

these devs clearly don’t know what they are doing and it shows.

I played this game on an old android tablet and I lost my progress due to me not linking my account… but that’s not the concern, it’s the fact that this game has evolved and I still respect it… I was there for the first Hyundai Sonata collab and S2 so I have been through it all… The game is still very good and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

안녕하세요 카트라이더를 5년정도 플레이 하고 있는 유저입니다. 제가 지금까지 카트라이더를 하면서 현질을 해본적이 딱 두번 있는데 그걸 제외하면 사실상 무과금이란 말이죠(카트:비트) 하지만 무과금과 과금의 카트차이가 너무 심합니다. 속도 차이가 8~9km/h 가 차이나는것은 물론이고 무과금차에 제발 익시드 1.0이라도 넣어주세요 그게 저의 첫 소원이자 마지막 소원입니다.
