Welcome to KARVE Kuwait, where we redefine the modern workout with our signature Transformer Pilates experience. Inspired by the resilience and energy of New York City and delivered in an immersive, urban-luxury studio, KARVE brings a new level of performance, mindset, and transformation to Pilates.

### What Is KARVE?

Each 50-minute class is performed on our custom-built, resistance-based Transformer machines, designed to challenge your body while remaining gentle on the joints. Every session includes:

•⁠  ⁠Stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness to reset body and mind
