If I haven’t called the driver I wouldn’t have known he arrived. The app isn’t working properly please fix it.

Karwa has really good quality cabs. Some cars (not all as advertised) have even wifi - you need to ask driver. 

However, pick-up and drop-off are big problem. The map they are using is not reliable. Few times I’ve ended up dead-end road. Each time before pick-up I need to call the driver for accurate pick-up location. Can’t pin exact location. Same with the drop-offs, need to watch out at all time. Lot of delays, no comfortable ride at all.

Regardless of how many feedback I’ve provided, they just ignore.

Probably their admin will respond this review, asking to provide support. It is just unserious. 

Unfortunately big investment may not provide a good app always. Karwa is an example of it.

Man kann zwar zur Verifizierung Deutschland als Herkunftsland der Telefonnummer eingeben. Dann stehen allerdings nicht genügend Ziffern zur Verfügung. Verifizierung und Nutzung der App somit nicht möglich.

I downloaded this app and it worked fine for a few rides and after that I booked a few more rides and then drivers would complete the ride without showing up. Contacting their help but no response.  After that I gave up using this app and switched to Uber.

The latest update didn’t fix any previous problem. But more: the new design is complicated and slow to use for example payment with QR code are slower and your last choices arent remembered. Other thing: taxis still come from far.  Most of time waiting is long so we are forced ro chose alternatives. I still keep hope for changes.

This update is a disaster. They changed the look thinking they did a good job but they forced us learn again where all our features are. They want to look like Uber but they cannot. They changed too much which is wrong. Not user friendly. You should change gradually. And when you change you should improve. Now my home address changed location slightly making me forced to call driver explain to him that Karwa app changed my saved locations. Wasting my time explaining and calling and waiting. Really it’s not worth using it if you’re in a hurry.
Wanna laugh? I just discovered they switched the building numbers on the map from each others’ sides!! Gross!!!
Ok more update and spices making this app the most mediocre on Earth: scan and pay not found. They just removed or hid the feature and the phone call to customers support they don’t know anything. 
Update after another ride: you cannot tip the drivers anymore with Apple Pay. And all the configuration changed. This is so lame.

С вечера заказал такси на утро и с моего счёта списались деньги. Утром по факту совершённой поездки списалась повторно сумма. Никакие обращения в службу поддержки не помогли вернуть деньги, вопрос мой просто игнорировался.

Every update Karwa makes brings a lot of new bugs. Latest one is very important for you to know. If you cancel your ride because NO VEHICLE WAS FOUND or even if they tell you SORRY NO VEHICULE FOUND then you close your app, they send you another car without advise and charge you 7 Rials penalty for no show up. Without your consent! This happened already 4 times with me. So be careful. This is a trap. Or bug. But they never care about complaints. So be aware for lots of hidden things in this app. Id rather give these 7 rials by my own as tips but not a single rial without my consent. Thank you

Driver’s are cancelling all the time calling you asking for cash payments. Other times waiting time extends by over 20min and driver on the map just drives further away without any information. The support basically doesn’t work, after placing a complain I once had to wait a week for any answer and then three weeks to cancel a fee for a ride I didn’t take. The app is blocking low stars reviews so you don’t really know the rating of the drivers. I liked it before now it became completely unreliable.

Booked an early pickup from hotel 0330am. Driver arrived 10 mins ahead of schedule in a nice van, we had 10 suitcases.
Driver arrived loaded and unloaded all suitcases for us. 
I was concerned about the early pickup time but I did receive notification through the Karwa app that he was on his way.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use Karwa taxis, clean vehicles and pleasant drivers and reasonable taxi prices.

Taxis in Doha waren immer super schnell da. Ihr könnt euer „Wallet“ in der App mit Qatar Rial aufladen - somit braucht ihr weder Bargeld noch Karte zum bezahlen und könnt bei der Buchung per App angeben, dass der Betrag von eurem Wallet abgebucht werden soll. Einfach super!
