They had turned on the ability to run VSA scripts and then immediately turned it back off...BUMMER! That would make it more useful! You can clear alerts that are from VSA monitoring. No idea how useful it is for BMS users as we don’t use BMS .... It should eventually include all features of LiveConnect to be a completely useful app. ### 2/5 — Good start but missing SD Tickets *2020-02-05, version 1.0.2* It installed fine and connected to my server. I can see agents and assets. However, I do not see my Service Desk tickets. I am using the built-in service desk, not BMS. The picture on this store gives the impression that all tickets are supported. Please explain or support integrated tickets as well. Seems very short sighted to not have any MFA - I’m sure other features will follow (timer would be good, travel to job tracker, time to leave and it glue). Excited for development **Developer response:** Hello - We have recently published our latest Fusion release which includes MFA, Agent Procedure Execution and Logs along with enhanced filtering capability. We are working towards Live Connect functionality as we speak (service and process management just to name one). Look forward to your updated review. ### 1/5 — Misleading *2020-01-22, version 1.0* You shouldn’t post images of features that aren’t implemented. It goes against Apple’s App Store review guidelines. 2.3.1 Don’t include any hidden or undocumented features in your app; your app’s functionality should be clear to end-users and App Review. Similarly, you should not market your app on the App Store or offline as including content or services that it does not actually offer (e.g. iOS-based virus and malware scanners). Egregious or repeated behavior is grounds for removal from the Developer Program. We work hard to make the App Store a trustworthy ecosystem and expect our app developers to follow suit; if you’re dishonest, we don’t want to do business with you. ### 1/5 — Not ready for prime time *2020-01-22, version 1.0* Where do i see the user’s screen? Where do I run actions? The thumbnails are misleading ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Still terrible kaseya app *2024-03-14, version 1.12.3* Clearly not much focus put on this app by kaseya. Like much of their software no focus on UX testing. First off if you say you use BMS and VSA and ITGlue you won’t get all 3. The ticket app just doesn’t work. Authentication issues. If you use Face ID you still have to go root out your 2 nd factor auth code. Pretty lame. Always seems like beta code that just checks a box for their today they have a mobile app so their competitors can’t say they don’t. Sad cause we customers pay a lot for nil functionality. ### 1/5 — Broken IOS 16.6 *2023-08-17, version 1.12.1* iPhone 14 pro max newest iOS not working. ### 1/5 — Live connect doesn’t work *2022-09-25, version 1.11.7* Getting error “Response could not be serialized. Input data was nil or zero length.” Using iPhone with iOS 16 ### 1/5 — Gone from frustrating to useless. *2022-09-07, version 1.11.5* I could live with the problematic on-screen keyboard (Remote Desktop has a great one - try copying it). I could live with the regular lock ups of the remote session as all I had to do was flip to another app and back. Now when connecting to an agent using LiveConnect, all I get is “response could not be serialized”. I need to break out my laptop every time to assist a user which is a lot less convenient. ### 1/5 — 1.10.1 doesn’t work in iOS 15.1.1 *2021-12-02, version 1.10.1* The latest update that just came put does not work for in latest iOS version. Just opens and then crashes!!!! Need to fix and release update asap!!!! ### 1/5 — Nope *2021-03-22, version 1.9.3* I had no expectation and I was still let down. Another update, another lack of SSO for VSA. App is completely useless for clients using SSO for security. ### 1/5 — No Two Factor Auth Support *2020-06-08, version 1.4.0* How can you not support connecting to the VSA that has your own MFA Passly/AuthAnvil setup in this day and age. With all the attacks against MSPs everyone should have MFA enabled on any critical service. Yet this cannot support such security measures. Just like everything Kaseya, it’s all duck tape and bailing wire with no team talking to any other. How about you try supporting the whole product for once. ### 1/5 — No MFA support for VSA *2020-05-29, version 1.4.0* The app doesn’t currently support MFA with VSA. ### 1/5 — Unable to use with MFA *2020-02-24, version 1.1.0* Kaseya required MFA 2FA late last year. However I am unable to log into this application with the MFA active, telling me to whitelist the account. This seems very counter intuitive and against your own policies. ### 1/5 — No remote control *2020-02-06, version 1.0.2* There is no remote control or Remote Desktop access which means not solving your customers problems. You can tell your customer about the CPU in his Dell as if that ever happens. Been waiting 6 months for this app. What a joke. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Excellent tool for MSPs. *2022-04-06, version 1.11.1* I use this almost daily when out in the field. I can manage all of my client machines from a single iPad or iPhone. I occasionally have an issue where it will lock up during a remote session, but simply disconnecting and reconnecting to the client makes it work again. Hopefully this will be addressed in future releases. Other than that tiny issue, I am completely satisfied with this application. It’s the perfect tool for any MSP. ### 5/5 — Nice *2020-08-06, version 1.6.0* I have been looking forward to this release! I can finally run my kaseya scripts through my phone. keep it up! We have been using this application with our BSM and it is very, very limited at what we can do with this application on our mobile device. It almost appears this was just thrown together with very minimal features and published just so you could tell customers you have a mobile application that works with the software.
