## What is Kashta GPS?

Kashta GPS is your desert companion from the moment you leave until you're back at camp. Everything is free, with no ads and no account.

Works with no internet and no signal:
• A big compass arrow to any point, with distance and arrival time
• "Back to camp": Husni draws your trail and walks you back at night
• Coordinates in every format (DD, DMS, DDM, UTM, MGRS). Paste any WhatsApp, Google Maps or Apple Maps link, or read coordinates from a photo
• Offline maps: Kuwait built in, and download Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and Egypt whenever you like
• 100,000+ Gulf places: hills, dunes, wadis, wells, rawdahs, villages, fuel
• Track recording with GPX import/export, and multi-point routes

Your group, even offline:
• A radar showing nearby friends and where they are, without signal
• Chat and voice messages between nearby phones
• "I'm lost" and SOS calls that reach people near you
• Desert Neighbours: a board for nearby camps to lend, meet up and find lost items (approximate location only)

The whole trip:
• Trip plan, who's coming, who brings what, ready-made packing lists
• Expenses and settle-up with the fewest transfers, in KWD and every Gulf currency
• Weather, wind, dust and 12-week rain history, with alerts
• Tyre pressure for sand, what to do if you get stuck, and an emergency card for each country
• Qibla and prayer times from your location, with athan alerts
• Night sky and the Suhail finder, the traditional star seasons, and a coal timer

Husni walks with you on every screen, and you unlock badges and new app icons the more you camp.

Kashta GPS is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your country's official number.
