We’re happy to hear you’re enjoying KAST and appreciate your support. ### 5/5 — Excellent choice for freelancers/contractors *2026-07-31, version 3.28.1* Right now kast it’s my main app for doing transactions, the card it’s awesome but as others users say, the upgrade tier doesn’t really worth for extra card among other ‘premium’ features, but generally speaking the app works, the transactions are pretty agile compared to others in response time and fees and the app in general fulfills his purpose. Someone used my KAST card for unauthorized subscription charges. Instead of protecting me or resolving the issue quickly, my account ended up with a negative balance, and I was left dealing with constant declined transaction notifications. What disappointed me the most is the customer support. I explained my situation multiple times, waited for weeks, and had to keep chasing them just to get a reply. Every response felt automated, and no one actually solved my problem. The worst part is that I decided to close my account, but they won’t even let me do that. They keep asking for more information while my account remains open. It honestly feels like they’re making it unnecessarily difficult for customers to leave. A bank should make customers feel safe and supported, especially when fraud happens. Instead, I felt ignored, frustrated, and trapped. I have completely lost my trust in KAST. I would never recommend this app to anyone. If you value your money, your time, and responsive customer support, stay away from this service. At this point im just deleting the app. This is unacceptable This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star This is my first time ever writing a bad review for an app how come a manual review of my documentation fail it would've been reasonable if it was done by an ai even an ai accepts it after the first try and this took about 48 hours. They announced a 10% cashback campaign from June 15 to July 31 for payments made with the Kast card on Meta and TikTok ads. I made nearly $4,000 in eligible transactions during the campaign, yet I received no cashback. When I contacted support, they asked me to provide the transaction IDs. However, I discovered that these transactions had disappeared from my Kast transaction history, even though they are still clearly visible in my Facebook payment history from the same period. It appears that Kast removed the transactions from its own history, making it impossible for me to provide the IDs and claim the cashback I was promised. This is extremely disappointing and feels completely unfair. I fulfilled the campaign requirements, and I expect Kast to investigate the missing transactions and honor the 10% cashback offer. First of all it is not clear that there’s at least $2 cashback when you fund. On ach details screen it just tells you bank details no fee info. Second, fx rate seems higher than in ether.fi even though I’m spending in aed and the rate is officially fixed by the govt. third, cashback has lock up period of 14 days which is way too high. Ether gives you it instantly. No mesmo dia não tive o mesmo problema com outros cartões. Procurei suporte Tecnico e a resposta foi que infelizmente não tinha o que fazer. Agora imagine isso antes mesmo de iniciar transações na conta. Resultado: optei por nem seguir em frente e exclui a mesma.
