MOBILE ACCESS
KastleResident delivers the most convenient way to access secured areas throughout your apartment community.  With just a tap, residents can enter perimeter, common area, and even apartment entry doors without having to present a fob or card while meeting the strictest of security standards.

REMOTE UNLOCK
Say goodbye to the days of a stranded resident that forgot a fob or a visitor that is stuck outside of a locked door.  Remotely unlock a door to virtually escort a visitor to your apartment or eliminate an after-hours emergency lockout simply by tapping an icon and authenticating your decision with TouchID or a personal PIN.

VISITOR MANAGEMENT (an option enabled by your property management)
You are now empowered to pre-register one-time, recurring, and always welcome “Friends & Family“- visitors easily and quickly through the KastleResident app.  Just enter the name, a method of contact, and arrival and departure details to streamline the check-in process for your visitor(s).

SERVICE REQUESTS
Is your kitchen sink dripping, ice maker on the fritz or is there a broken lawn sprinkler flooding the landscape plantings outside?  Send a quick service request to property management and include a photo since a picture is worth a thousand words.
KastleResident is free to download for use at Kastle serviced communities, and it is administered by your property management team via the myKastle Multifamily portal.

When the app calls me because someone’s at the door, it takes ten seconds to open to allow me to buzz them in, by which point their call has timed out

The app doesn’t save contacts so have to retype all the info and phone number for any visitors and then the visitors tell me the QR code they were sent doesn’t even work at the gate. So far it has been a useless nightmare since my complex switched to this system.

I’ll give it 2 stars because it works for me. That being said, I had my son download it because he needed in my building to take care of my pet when I was gone. Since only one person can use it, it deleted me. I have a vidcom entry service for weekend or after hour deliveries. It’s been calling my son for entry and he’s been ignoring it because it comes up as an unknown number. The app makes the user enter the email and phone number of the resident and reroutes to the phone the app is on. While it seems like a great idea for keyless entry, there are bugs that need to be worked out for non resident relatives.
