## What is Katav Talks?

Katav Talks is your notebook for conventions, conferences, seminars, and multi-day events — plus a space to prepare and deliver your own talks.

Made for anyone attending congresses, conferences, seminars, workshops, or multi-day events — or even a regular meeting — Katav Talks turns your iPad into a clean, focused place to write. Create a separate notebook for each event, follow the schedule, and take full notes for every session without distractions.

**Capture the schedule in seconds**
Import the schedule and let Katav Talks organize it for you. Upload a file, snap a photo of the program, or paste the text — each talk becomes its own note, ready to fill in as you listen.

**Take notes your way**
Use headings, bullets, highlights, and quotes to mark what matters. Add photos, star key ideas, and organize everything by day, speaker, or topic.

**Write by hand with Apple Pencil**
On iPad, sketch and write notes by hand, and switch freely between typed and handwritten text.

**Record and transcribe on-device**
Record a session and let your iPad transcribe it right there, with no data leaving the device.

**Organize notes with AI, in one tap**
Turn quick, scattered notes into a clear, ready-to-review summary — in your event's language.

**Chat-style capture on iPhone**
Jot down thoughts message by message, then tap Organize to turn them into a structured note.

**Build a book of illustrations and quotes**
Save standout quotes and illustrations straight from your notes, tagged and organized for reuse in future talks.

**Prepare and deliver your own talks (PRO)**
My Talks helps you write and organize the speeches you're presenting yourself, with AI assistance to refine your ideas.

**Sync across iPad and iPhone**
Create a free account to securely sync your notebooks, notes, and illustrations, and choose what to keep on each device.

Your privacy comes first: everything stays on your device by default. Signing in only syncs what you choose, and you're always in control.

Download Katav Talks and make the most of your next event.
