The customer service is subpar, and representatives often argue with customers even when they're in the wrong. Delivery times are excessively long, often taking over 2 hours, and when I've complained, they've simply pointed to the app's estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 170 minutes. This is unacceptable. I've experienced these issues multiple times, with this being the third instance of delayed delivery. I believe the app should be removed from the app store until the company improves its customer service and delivery times.
