## What is Katchap?

Katchap is construction management software built on-site.

The problem: on a live project, the record is scattered — inboxes, chats, paper logs, loose photos, old drawing revisions and shared folders nobody fully trusts. Every question turns into a search.

In Katchap, the floor plan is the project. Upload a drawing, add your spaces and services, and the day-to-day site work is anchored right where it happens:
• Spatial progress by space, service and trade
• Observations & Held Up that pulse on the plan, room by room
• Inspections anchored to the floor plan, from finding to fix
• 360° space capture, set out on the drawing.

Around that, the formal project workflows stay part of the same controlled record — so nothing lives in a silo:
• RFIs — threaded, version-controlled Q&A with SLA tracking and routing
• Submittals — multi-stage approvals with stamps, comments and revisions
• Documents — an eight-stage record with folder permissions and approvals
