I tried to log in and it said my email did not exist in the app, then tried to resign up and it states email already in use. Tried to do a password reset, and it will not send to my email. Please help as I’m now unable to use the app.

Bug: 2 different iPhone 7s with location permissions turned on for app, says too far away from the store, even though we were standing at the register. iPhone 7, iOS 13.1.2,location permission  set to while using app. Please contact me if you need additional details
