### 2/5 — Incredibly difficult to obtain youth discounts.

Hi! I am a student, and I utilized this app, as it was more convenient than getting quarters when I could just pay for it with a balance I could load onto my account. I am not a fan of this new update. I think understand why the youth ticket option was put behind a couple hoops, but it has been incredibly frustrating for me and for others. Please make it more accessible, as it can be incredibly challenging for some to reach out for a plethora of reasons. Not everybody is tech savvy, so this leaves an unjust hill that people will have to navigate without much guidance.
At the very least, leave a a guide or message on the app that’s easy/easier to find so people can access their rightful discounts.

Super easy and simple way to buy your local bus tickets for Kaua’i online! Highly recommend if you’re not someone who keeps cash on themselves regularly.
