We’re in Kauai for a week and have used this service twice. Both times the delivery arrived at the scheduled time on the dot, and the delivery driver Rick was very friendly.  On Oahu I’ve used competing services from much larger companies with the opposite experience..  wish we had service like Kauai Express available in Honolulu because I’d use it all the time over the alternatives.
