I had a slightly older version of the app, I placed an order and payment kept failing with an ambiguous error message - it should have said “Update the app” . Needless to say the payment actually went through and the order was placed but the app didn’t tell me this. Out of a hunch I updated the app and went to place the order again, I got an error message about some “code list failed” but after a while the payment went through and the order was placed. The staff told me it takes 15minutes for an order from the app to get into their system, this is lame. They wanted me to show them the order on my phone, that’s when I noticed there were two orders for the same thing. Lastly the app is really slow sometimes, like loyalty stuff and finding a Kauai to place an order. ### 1/5 — Terrible App from a first class company *2023-02-26, version 1.0.17* The app doesn’t work. Downloaded it 5 times. Tried everything. Doesn’t work. Says a lot that there is only one review and that review is a bad one. Cmon Kauai, sort yourselves out.
