## What is KautionSicher?

A clear record of your rental handover.

KautionSicher helps you create a property handover report when moving in or out, directly on your iPhone or iPad. Check each room, add photos, record defects and sign together – step by step in one app.

CHECK EVERY ROOM
Ready-made checklists guide you through the property. Add your own rooms and record what is in good condition, missing or defective.

KEEP PHOTOS WITH THE DETAILS
Attach photos to a room or a checklist item. Record defects with severity and notes, so the condition is easier to review later.

RECORD METERS AND KEYS
Save electricity, water and gas readings with dates. Note the keys handed over and other arrangements in the same report.

REVIEW AND SIGN TOGETHER
Tenant and landlord sign on the device. The signed version is locked. If you reopen it for corrections, both parties need to sign again.

TAKE YOUR REPORT AS A PDF
Once unlocked, your PDF includes the recorded details, photos and signatures. View it and share it using your device’s sharing options.

RECORD DETAILS OFFLINE
No user account is needed to fill in a report. Reports are stored locally on your device. An App Store connection is required for the in-app purchase.

SIX LANGUAGES
The app and reports are available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.

CLEAR, ONE-TIME UNLOCK
Creating and filling in reports is free. PDF export is unlocked separately for each report with a one-time in-app purchase. No subscription. The current price is shown before you buy.

Prepare for your next move with the details in one place.
