It worked great for years. Then it started crashing on launch. That eventually got resolved but it wouldn’t load anything anymore. After more months it finally loads things but it’s painfully slow and renders things on top of one another. So I think this app is finally going in the trash heap even though I much prefer it to the layout of their website. ### 1/5 — Sign Up impossible *2023-06-24, version 2.2.8* Would be great to have access to this app. Unfortunately they’ve made that impossible. Build the system from scratch focus on UI and functionalities. It looks like an app made 15+ years ago without ever having an update. The navigation is slow and it freezes a lot of the time. All this time I hoped for a better experience with the application and I get disappointed every time. Many issues: 1- the login button is partially hidden. 2- no option to reset the password. 3- the gallery of the new motorcycles to show off your products is so poor, I normally go to other sites to see the details I need. All in all this application is poorly designed and written. Super clean, super easy to navigate, and looks great! They really did a fantastic job with this. I never really liked surfing the website on my phone because it wasn't very user friendly but this makes it very enjoyable. The only thing this app is lacking is the ability to browse accessories. Browsing accessories is one of the best parts of owning a bike! Come on Kawasaki!
