KEY FEATURES

Now view: Your next few hours as a timeline counting down to the next thing. Narrow your focus to what's in front of you and take it bit by bit.

AI co-planner: Talk or type - Brain-dump what's on your mind and AI turns it into tasks, plans your day, breaks down what feels too big, preps you for events or meetings, and puts everything where it belongs — your calendar, to-do list, or pipeline.

Routine builder: Organize your time - Create and schedule routines, add steps, location, and time, and use custom timers to move through each step.

Focus timer: With or without sound - Focus on one thing at a time. Add an optional ritual to get you in the zone.

Custom alarms: One alarm, two, or five? Set your own rules for each event, task, or reminder.

Visual calendar: Sync with Apple, Gmail, or Outlook and keep everything in one place — color-coded labels, drag-and-drop, and custom alarms. Pull undated tasks onto a time when you're ready.

Custom themes: Dark mode, light mode, and 9 accent colors to make it your own.

Body double & trusted people: Share tasks with people you know to find motivation and beat procrastination. (Kay Plus)

Widgets & lock screen: Your tasks and timers always visible, on home or lock screen. (Kay Plus)

Household: Add people to share calendars and lists. (Kay Plus)
