A wonderful space to step away from day to day life and focus on yourself. Yoga instructors are divine. They invite you gently to go at your body’s pace, setting intention and mindful practice. I’m enticed by the setting, from its sweet scent when you walk through the doors, to the modern designed interior, lounge area, great gym and cardio equipment that syncs to your tech. The staff smile, with genuine report and interest. They are lovely. I researched gyms and yoga studios in the area. The combination of fitness and wellness is great value. There are options for people to make a choice that suits them. I’m happy here 🙂
