I’ve reloaded the app on all of my devices and still cannot access any content. I messages support over two weeks ago and they have not responded. ### 1/5 — Poorly executed. Junk *2020-08-25* I subscribed initially for 4 issue trial and received one issue before getting a renewal via my iTunes account. Renewed for the one year subscription now cannot access anything since it does not recognize my email , my subscription or my other in-app purchases (several past issues). They changed from Kayak Angler To Kayak Angler +. I continued to get charged for the old App. So, I refused to renew Kayak Angler + until my latest Kayak subscription ends. Unfortunately, Kayak Angler is no longer available. So, I paid for a subscription that I can’t get. Good content, bad execution. **Developer response:** Turning off auto-renewing subscriptions on an iOS device Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID. Tap Subscriptions. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. ... Use the options to manage your subscription. ### 1/5 — Won’t show current issue *2019-05-13* I paid for the subscription through the app. The spring 19 issue has been out for some time. Still won’t show up in the app. Contacted tech support, no response! **Developer response:** Please try refreshing the app. ### 1/5 — Still broken *2019-03-10* The 2/8/19 update does not fix the login issues for current subscribers. Reported to the developer prior to this release but no fix on this yet. All my old downloaded issues are gone. Developer is apparently uninterested in a fix. Are you there, Rapid Media? 3/10/19 emailed Rapid Media weeks ago. No answer. Now I can not log in. The app tells me my email and zip code do not match. Next day it tells me my email is not found. I wish there was a way to remove the update.
