Contacted them and repeatedly mention “a fix is coming” but no updates in over a year. Our company is looking at alternative ticketing solutions, as it’s difficult to support our customers without a working app. ### 1/5 — Crashes on iOS 13.2.3 iPhone 11 *2019-12-05, version 3.3.8* For the initial login the app pre-populates the URL field with https:// at the extreme right of the field. It then places the cursor to the left of the text so you need to get the cursor to the right of the / at the narrow edge of the field. Minor annoyance. When the user name field is presented, the iOS password keychain is offered but does not auto fill when a credential is selected. If incorrect credentials are entered you’ll need to hit the back button to try again, as the fields become inaccessible. Hooray! You now see the support folders of your up to date install of Kayako Classic. Pick a folder, any folder, even one with under 10 tickets - BOOM! App abruptly closes. My device is a brand new iPhone 11. I clean installed everything - no restore from a prior backup. Kayako Classic is a good support solution which I do recommend. This app is in need of some attention. It did work on my recently retired iPhone 7 - also on a recent iOS 13. ### 1/5 — Not working with iPhone iOS 13.1.2 *2019-11-07, version 3.3.8* I have iPhone 11 pro iOS software 13.1.2 Application is frozen Will not open to see tickets. Does what it needs to - gave feedback on possible improvements but works great on my iphone! ### 3/5 — It’s alright, needs work *2021-03-09, version 3.5.2* So the company I’m at is using Kayako/GFI Helpdesk and this app works fine. HTML doesn’t seem to work in the app even though we have it enabled in our helpdesk. Otherwise this app is great when you’re not at your desk and need to quickly check your tickets or open a ticket desk side really fast. I wish more features were available like being able to look up KB articles. ### 3/5 — Good basic function but one big bug *2015-07-30, version 3.3.0* I think Kayako is a great Helpdesk system. The mobile app is a needed component and for the most part well done. The interface is clean and simple to use! The big issue for us is there seems to be a bug in the billing section. We can post notes but if you try and add time the app crashes. Not being able to have my techs add time while in the field is a big draw back. With that said I'm sure the guys at Kayako will get that fixed and hopefully continue to add more to the system. A scheduling component would be amazing (just saying)! ### 3/5 — Missing major features *2014-11-06, version 3.0.1* I have one big beef that even after the many updates (which have continued to improve the app), I still can't believe we are missing them. Especially for someone who emails our helpdesk, the app doesn't show their email address which so many systems use in order to locate the user account so I can't actually help them unless I go in via a browser to pull the address. Isn't that besides the point? Second, not as important but would be nice is to set custom notifications. I'd like to get pushes maybe for tickets I own in certain departments or if there is a spike (I set the threshold) of ticket submissions in a certain department so if I'm working on something else or its a weekend, I can easily see that something is likely wrong and go check on it. ### 2/5 — Crashes constantly *2017-04-18, version 3.3.3* After the last update earlier this month the app is constantly crashing whenever you try to view the details of a ticket. ### 2/5 — Ok, changes all department headings *2014-05-23, version 1.0.4* If you run multiple departments with similiar names in each it will not keep them organized.
